MoneyOne is a wholly owned subsidiary of Oasis Asset Management Limited and is primarily responsible for the development and maintenance of two of the major services offered to Oasis clients - MoneyOne® Office and MoneyOne® Online.

Oasis was founded in late 1999 when the stock market was experiencing the "Dot-com" or "digital economy" boom, providing an attractive opportunity for funding the MoneyOne.Com.Au initiative.

The original concept was to develop an entirely web based portal that would facilitate Business-to-Consumer and Business-to-Business electronic commerce. By leveraging Oasis' existing client database, it was anticipated that potential investors would look favourably at the MoneyOne offering as many other dot-coms floated with no established user base or compelling reason to use the service.

In mid 2000, Oasis committed to providing its clients with a simple web portal that would allow Investors, Employer Groups, Financial Advisers, Licensed Securities Dealers and Product partners to access limited information about the accounts stored in the Oasis administration system. Facilitating the easy retrieval of product, investment and transaction information, this portal became known as MoneyOne® Online.

By early 2001 Oasis had attained five clients, and discovered that improvements were required in some of the existing information systems. A newly formed MoneyOne team researched technology platforms and the typical Adviser's business model, and opted to develop a desktop application known as MoneyOne® Office.

MoneyOne® Office was launched in April 2003 after approximately one year of development. The decision to provide the software free of charge helped to strengthen the bond between Oasis and its Adviser network and, at the same time, attracted new Advisers to the network.

With a team of highly skilled IT specialists and designers, MoneyOne continues to be instrumental in the development of leading edge technologies designed to increase the back office efficiencies for Advisers.

With the ability to quickly adapt to changes in the financial services environment and through ongoing streamlining of processes and technological developments in response to feedback from clients, MoneyOne is constantly improving its software and web facilities to rival that of current competitors in the platform market.

In 2005, MoneyOne achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification. This certification ensures the MoneyOne Team continues to deliver quality objectives, provides continual improvements in technology and systems development, and monitors customer satisfaction on an ongoing basis.

In April 2006 the MoneyOne Team also became a Microsoft Certified Partner (Independent Software Vendor Solution). The Microsoft Partnership enables the MoneyOne Team to access a wide range of developmental and training resources to assist in providing the best possible products and services to their clients.
